- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup lemonade (Crystal Light)
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 bottles chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
- Orange/lemon slices
- Fresh strawberries (optional)
Combine the lemon juice, lemonade, brandy and orange juice in a punch bowl and stir well. Add the Champagne and continue stirring. Add fruit slices. Cover and refrigerate until chilled (about 1 hour). When preparing overnight, wait to add the champagne until an hour before serving.
(Ridiculously easy) Orange Sherbert Punch
This punch is not only one of the easiest recipes you can find (2 steps…does it get any better!?), it’s also easily adaptable for a kid-friendly or adult brunch. We suggest making two batches with and without the champagne or keep a bottle next to the punch so guests can add their own individually. With only two ingredients, this punch is also great for Easter on a budget!
