Elate Offers Thanksgiving Dinner Service 11.24

Chef Noll Prepares a Festive Prix Fixe Menu

When: Thursday, November 24
5-9 p.m.

Cost: $40 Adults, $20 Children (12 and under)

This Thanksgiving holiday, Elate will welcome dining guests for a three course, prix fixe dinner menu. Chef Mike Noll’s menu includes comforting fall favorites, such as roasted squash, herb-infused turkey, chestnut stuffing and pumpkin pie. Thanksgiving dinner service will be available on Thursday, November 24 from 5-9 p.m.

Reservations are welcomed, but not required. Full bar/lounge service will also be offered from 5-9 p.m.

Soup or Salad

Roasted Fall Squash
crispy sage / pumpernickel / cinnamon


Mixed Greens
roasted sunchokes / rosemary vinaigrette / sun flower seeds / orange

Course Two

Herb Roasted Turkey
chestnut stuffing / cranberry jele / crispy potato / glazed brussel sprouts

Course Three

Pumpkin Pie


Pecan Strudel
