Amazing stuff to look forward to at the 2012 Vintage Bazaar at Aragon:
In addition to our regular food vendors, we’re adding food trucks to each market, so you can check out local grub while you browse the merch.
***More than 150 vintage dealers + artisan-made goods
Our June market will feature more than twice the amount of vintage vendors we’ve ever featured at any market, and we’ll be adding more each month. Plus, we’re adding in a well-curated selection of artisan and craftspeople who specialize in home decor, furnishings, and jewelry.
Regional farmers will be on-site selling produce, cheeses, breads, handmade soaps, and other wares. Our June market will feature a small farmers market selection that will expand in future months.
The Aragon Ballroom is an historic — and architecturally significant — part of Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. In June, hourly tours of the venue during market hours are included with admission.
***Haircuts and makeup
Joe’s Barbershop returns, offering men’s haircuts and styling in their mobile pop-up barbershop, plus Jaycie’s Makeup will offer retro hairdos and vintage-inspired makeup for the ladies.
***Cocktails and beer
As always, we’ll have a great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails available for shoppers to enjoy while shopping inside the Aragon.
