Looking for ways to freshen up your fall plates? Introduce authentic Italian recipes into your menu mix by learning the tricks of the trade from 312 Chicago’s Executive Chef, Luca Corazzina. On Saturdays from 12pm to 2pm, “Scoula 312” cooking classes take over this Chicago restaurant where Chef Luca teaches his techniques and traditional Italian recipes passed down from his mother, a professional chef in Luca’s hometown of Padova, Italy. During Scoula 312, participants can expect to learn everything from perfecting the delicate flavor and texture of freshly prepared pasta to grinding up sausage from scratch. - January 1: Art of Pasta

- March 9: Art of Fish
