The Loop’s Italian mainstay, 312 Chicago, will be celebrating its 15th Anniversary on March 12, 2013! To celebrate, Executive Chef Luca Corazzina is embracing their senior status with a special three-course “Everything’s Better with Age” anniversary menu. Each course will feature a savory “aged” ingredient:
- First Course: “Prosciutto e Capesante” 18-Month Aged Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops with Mini Sweet Pepper and Fava Bean Puree
- Second Course: “Bistecca Stagionata con Patatine Fritte” 24-Day Dry-Aged Rib-Eye with Provolone Cheese, Crispy Onion Strings, Procini Mushrooms and Housemade Fries
- Third Course: “Torte di Banana” Banana Bread Cake with Fior di Latte Gelato and a 25-Year-Old Aged Chocolate Balsamic
