South Water Kitchen has teamed up with local craft brewery, Ale Syndicate, to celebrate CCBW this year. Head Bartender & Certified Cicerone, Dan Rook, will use an Ale Syndicate Randall to infuse Municipal IPA with different fruit on Thursday (5/15) and Friday (5/16), which will be offered as a special each day. For the duration of CCBW, this Loop restaurant and tavern will also feature Ale Syndicate’s Van Van de Velde Belgo-American Ale and Du Sable Saison. www.southwaterkitchen.com
