Meet FEW’s master distiller/founder Paul Hletko, sample craft spirits and enjoy handcrafted cocktails from guest master mixologist Ergys Dizdari


Southport & Irving (SIP) welcomes Evanston-based FEW Spirits for a special cocktail night on Saturday, July 26 from 7-9 p.m. The event features a meet and greet with master distiller/founder Paul Hletko, education and tasting notes from brand ambassador Alison Mouratis, samples of FEW’s handcrafted spirits, plus raffles and giveaways including distillery tours, FEW monogramed merchandise and wearables.


Master mixologist Ergys Dizdari (of Filini, Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel and FEW Fridays) has created a special cocktail list for the evening ($8-$12) and serves as guest bartender for the event.  Highlights of the cocktail lineup and the featured FEW spirits listed below.

There is no cover for the event and a cash bar. Reservations recommended by calling 773-857-2890. Chef Chris Barron offers a spirits-friendly small plates menu ($6-$16) from 5 p.m.-midnight in the bar and the full menu is on offer in the dining room from 5-10 p.m. ($4-$23).


SIP restaurant is open from 5-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 5-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday and from 5-9 p.m. Sunday. SIP bar is open two hours later than the restaurant. SIP is closed Mondays. Weekend brunch is offered on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.  Reservations are accepted for all size parties and SIP accepts all major credit cards.
