First Course – one course per person
- Deviled Eggs: white truffle, lobster & chives
- Grape Salad: mesclun greens, candied walnuts, blue cheese & grape vinaigrette
- Greek Yogurt Parfait: housemade granola, fresh berries & honey
Second Course – one course per person
- Crab Cake Benedict: crab cakes, spinach, poached eggs, english muffin, cayenne hollandaise & breakfast potatoes
- Citrus Ginger Glazed Salmon: wild rice pilaf & mache
- Asparagus & Wild Mushroom Omelet: goat cheese, fresh herbs, breakfast potatoes & toast
- Oven Roasted Prime Rib: garlic whipped potatoes, broccolini & rosemary jus
