Gamblers beware! Atwood Café has JUST the New Year’s Eve dinner for you… Chef Derek Simcik is putting “All Bets on the New Year.” Risk-averse guests may choose the Black Jack menu, a 4-course prix fixe menu, and those willing to take a gamble can select the Roulette menu, a 4-course “chef’s choice” menu. And for those looking to ring in the new year with unlimited flutes of bubblyEncore Liquid Lounge has the perfect party option… Known for its lengthy martini menu and discerning craft beer selection, Encore will quench your party thirst and also fill you up on delicious cocktail cuisine- food stations featuring premium favorites like chili-lime chicken brochettes, artichoke dip and sliders will be available until 10:00pm. DJ Curious J will be spinning a mix of Deep House, Downtempo Buddha Lounge music and Mushroom Jazz until 1:00am and a balloon drop will officially mark the start of the new year. Ticket prices include unlimited food and bubbly starting at 8:00pm as well as party favors for $75 per person / $90 per person for table reservations.  Tickets will also be available at the door for $85 per person / $100 for a table, if available. Executive Chef Andy Motto has created two, special set menus for New Year’s Eve guests dining at Quince. Celebrants may choose a four course menu that features oysters, pork belly, New York Strip and dessert, or, a four course vegetarian menu that includes goat cheese pierogi, risotto, mushroom tart and dessert (detailed menus outlined below). The fee is $70 per guest (tax and gratuity not included) and each guest will receive a flute of champagne with their meal. New Year’s Eve dinner service will be offered from 5-10 p.m. (last seating at 10 p.m.). Forget crazy cover charges and over-the-top occasions this New Year’s Eve. Timothy O’Toole’s Pub, the subterranean spot in the heart of Streeterville, will offer a simply fun, “no frills” option. For a cover charge of only $10, party guests will receive either a split of champagne or the “champagne of beers,” a Miller High Life tall boy. Party favors and party tunes spun by a guest DJ will keep the festivities going ’til 4 a.m.
