National Tater Tot Day (+Super Bowl Too) 2.214

image.phpWhile America is celebrating the biggest day in football with the NFL Big Game, Sedgwick’s will also be honoring a favorite food holiday, ‘National Tater Tot Day,’ with a tots buffet in addition to game day specials.

Tater Tot Mountain Buffet
Sedgwicks’ famous Tater Tot Mountain is literally overloaded with bacon, queso and sour cream, but on National Tater Tot Day, diners can order an overflowing plate of the golden fried potato nuggets ($8) and create their own mountain of a masterpiece. Tot lovers can head to the endless toppings bar with not just the usual accompaniments but also pulled pork, chili, buffalo chicken, guacamole, salsa, jalapenos and more to create the perfect game-watching concoction.

Big Game Food and Drink Specials
Football fanatics can feast on FREE hotdogs, popcorn and chili including Sedgwick’s Famous Chili Verde and the winning chili from the bar’s 5th Annual Chili Cook Off last December. Wash these complimentary items down with $18 domestic beer buckets and a halftime giveaway with ultimate tailgate gear including a grill, stadium chairs and bags set.

Kickoff for the Big Game and brunch is on Sunday, February 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Tater Tot Mountain Buffet and food specials will be available from 4:00 p.m. through the end of the game. To reserve a table or large group, call 312-337-7900.  Reservations are not required for smaller parties.
